Is Bliss Cookie Dough really safe to eat unbaked?
It really is! All of our cookie dough recipes can be eaten without baking. No more sneaking a lick of the spoon. You are free to indulge in your Bliss!
But doesn’t cookie dough contain eggs?
For cookie dough recipes that require eggs, we use a pasteurized egg product. The heat process during pasteurizing kills potentially harmful bacteria.
Is the flour you use raw?
Good question! Our flour is heat treated and ready to eat. So enjoy your Bliss worry free.
Can I bake the cookie dough?
If you can resist eating it long enough, you can bake cookie dough by rounded teaspoonful in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for approximately 10-12 minutes or until desired texture.
Can I buy baked cookies?
Absolutely, we offer baked cookies as well as the cookie dough.
Does the cookie dough contain nuts?
Some of the Bliss cookie dough recipes do include nuts. For those with allergies, ask and we will point out the recipes without nuts. If you have a severe allergy to nuts, be aware that we produce our cookie dough in a facility that processes peanuts and tree nuts.
How do I store the cookie dough?
Store or consume cookie dough within 2 hours of being scooped. Store cookie dough in the refrigerator or freezer as it is perishable. You can store Bliss cookie dough in the refrigerator for 3 weeks and the freezer for 3 months (if you can keep from eating it that long).
How do I store baked cookies?
Baked cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to two weeks. You may also store them in the freezer for up to 3 months.
How many cookies are in a container?
8 oz. container will make 6-8 cookies depending upon cookie size.

Currently, Bliss does not have a storefront. Look for us at events in Bakersfield or have us cater your next private event. Our grand-opening will be at the Kern County Fair!
